A founding member of Capstone Financial, she has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s operational excellence and culture of client-centricity, helping to drive the business from a start-up advisory into one of the region’s most respected wealth management practices.
Sarah leads the firm’s day-to-day operations, spanning client experience, internal systems and processes, and cross-departmental collaboration. She works closely with advisers and support teams to ensure that Capstone’s clients receive consistent, high-quality service at every stage of their financial planning journey. Her operational oversight ensures alignment with the company’s strategic priorities — from service delivery to quality control and client satisfaction.
Under Sarah’s stewardship, Capstone Financial has continued to innovate in how it serves private individuals, business owners and medical professionals — embedding operational rigour while maintaining a personalised approach that reflects the firm’s values.
