Drew Mackwell

Drew joined the Capstone team as a Paraplanner, having moved to the UK from New Zealand. He brings four years of experience in financial services, having previously worked as both an investment adviser and paraplanner at an independent advisory firm.

In his role as paraplanner, Drew supports our advisers by gathering key information, preparing client reports, and helping to deliver a smooth and professional advice process. His attention to detail and commitment to quality play a key role in ensuring an excellent client experience.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys playing golf, watching rugby, and travelling whenever possible.
